Shipping policy

We do our very best to ship orders in the order they are received. Because each stocking is handcrafted in our South Kansas City studio, processing times may shift as the season gets busier.

Our stockings are in high demand and do sell out each year. Popular styles often disappear early in the season (sometimes as soon as November), and to ensure delivery before Christmas, we may need to stop taking new orders in December.

If you have your heart set on a certain style, we encourage you not to wait — placing your order early is the best way to secure the stocking you love and guarantee its arrival in time for the holidays.
